Ship what the store has, send the rest from elsewhere

When a customer buys in store and has the order shipped home, the store that made the sale can now ship the items it has, and only the rest go out from your other locations under your usual rules. Your customer gets their items sooner, and no stock has to be moved into the store first. To set it up, add a rule for store sales set to The store first, the rest from elsewhere, or ask Orca AI to build it for you.

Choose the return address on your shipping labels

You can now choose where returns go on the shipping labels Orca buys through ShipStation: back to the store that packed the order, or to one return address you set for every store. Set it under Settings → Integrations → ShipStation → Label defaults → Return address. If you don't change it, labels return to the store that packed the order.

The ShipStation settings page is also easier to scan, with your connection and label defaults grouped on their own, and each Settings page now shows its section headings above the cards.
